How Employees Consent to SMS
Third Space Kitchen employees opt in to receive SMS notifications through our secure Employee Portal. The process requires explicit consent with clear disclosure of message types and opt-out instructions.

Consent Record Details
When an employee opts in, we record the following for TCPA compliance:
- Timestamp: Date and time of consent
- IP Address: For verification purposes
- Phone Number: The number opted in
- Employee ID: Link to employee record
- Consent Method: "Employee Portal - Contact Details page"
All consent records are stored in our secure employee management database and can be retrieved for compliance audits.
